SaskSPCA There to Care 50/50 Raffle Rules of Play
Tickets
Ticket purchasers must be in the province of Saskatchewan at the time of purchase and must be at least 18 years of age.
SaskSPCA staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to purchase tickets.

Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority LR24-0115. There will be a maximum of 300,000 tickets sold.

The 50/50 is a draw in which the money received from ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity. The maximum prize is $150,000.

Deadline: March 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST
Draw date: March 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST
- SaskSPCA There to Care 50/50 Raffle: 1 draw (Total prize value of the 50/50 cannot be determined until the draw takes place on March 17, 2025. The maximum prize value if all 50/50 tickets are sold is $150,000.)
All tickets paid for by 4 p.m. on March 16, 2025, will be eligible to win the SaskSPCA There to Care 50/50 Raffle.
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected with approval from SLGA . All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at SaskSPCA, 511 45th Street West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5Z9.
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at saskspca.ca on March 17, 2025.

Winner will be contacted by phone by the SaskSPCA.
Winner consent to release of their name by licensee.
Unclaimed prize are to be held for 1 year in a secure location. Should they remain unclaimed after that 1-year period the prize is to be donated to another charitable organization approved by Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority.
If a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the SaskSPCA shall award the prize to only the first name identified on the ticket. The SaskSPCA and Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
Privacy
SaskSPCA does not sell, rent, or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: [email protected]. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

Please email our team at [email protected] or call 1.877.382.7722 should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you. Refunds can be requested before draws start on March 17, 2025.
